160 Pitt Street, Sydney

Cauchi Building has completed a major refurbishment project within the heritage listed Soul Pattinson Building (Phoenix Chambers) at 160 Pitt Street, Sydney for Taylor Construction Group. The project was challenging as it was required to be completed within tight program constraints whilst also being a logistical challenge for materials handling due to the building being located within the busy Pitt Street Mall. All trades had to be carefully coordinated to not interfere with the normal operations of the busy Sydney shopping district. Double shifts were organised with a day team handing over to a night team to complete the works to the clients required program.
